Holistic nutrition

Food is a solid basis for nurturing and good health. References to healing through food and herbs go back thousands of years. Today, Holistic nutrition has now become a universal language, infused with new energy and people who are hungry to pass the information along and inspire others.  This is the legacy of teaching from the wisdom of our ancestors. I gave my children their inheritance of healthy foods and love of cooking. As I taught clients a new way of looking at food, they expressed a desire to learn how to make fast, easy, healthy meals, so I created cooking classes in my home and healthy, no sugar recipes for my children’s school.  My early newsletters contained a list of local farmer’s markets.  Since then, farmer’s markets have sprouted up everywhere, and everyone in LA has access to luscious, colorful, fresh produce year-round. In NYC, we now have many wonderful farmers markets, but they are seasonal.
