Yogurt dressing or Tzatziki makes a great dip for veggies, chips, topping, or dressing. You can use it to replace sour cream.
2 Cups Organic Plain Greek Yogurt (thicker yogurt is best)
4 Small Persian Cucumbers, blended in processor
1 tsp Sea Salt
2 tsp Dill herb
Blend cucumbers in a food processor. Drain and discard excess liquid. Mix into yogurt and add spices. For a variation, add 1-2 garlic cloves, pressed, or a small bunch of finely chopped scallions.
