Join the Stanford Club of West LA for a mini-retreat on the Body, Mind & Spirit Connection.  Discover how integrating Body, Mind & Spirit in conjunction with lifestyle modifications in nutrition, physical activity, and coping strategies improves clinical outcomes by successfully decreasing the symptoms of stress and diseases with a stress component, such as cancer, chronic pain, depression, heart disease, insomnia, infertility, etc.

Featured speaker is Sally Kravich, M.S., C.N.H.P., holistic nutritionist and author. Following the presentation, guests will have the opportunity to have 15 minute sessions with practitioners from various healing modalities such as Meditation/Higher Awareness, Qigong, Energy Healing, Acupuncture, Massage, Yoga, and Reiki. The sessions will include mini-treatments and consultations in which to answer questions and help you discover your own path to health and well-being.  Delicious, healthful foods and beverages will also be served.
