  • 1 Cup Coconut Water or Unsweetened Rice Milk or Almond Milk
  • ½ cup No sugar added Canned Pumpkin
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • Dash of Nutmeg
  • Ice
