Affirmations & Envisioning for Successful Resolutions

“When you paint a crystal clear mental picture of how you would like your life to be, you have taken the first step towards getting there. The envisioning process will help you to create goals and establish new patterns. For some, the most effective approach is mental imagery. For others, keeping a journal for writing down goals, speaking or listening to affirmations or meditations might be more helpful. Perhaps you are a person who responds top feelings. You can access the envisioning process by imaging what it “feels” like to have your desired goal. Whatever method appeals to you, whether it is through mental imagery, writing, speaking, listening, or feelings, you can conceive a new reality for yourself. Set aside ten minutes per day to think about your health and life, for you need quiet time to use the envisioning process.”

  1. Write out your goals in a loving way that reframes them into present time. “I love my slim, supple body that supports me in every way”, or “Every cell in my body is radiating good health”.
  2. Know yourself. Choose a realistic time frame to achieve the first mini goal. Most people get lost after 21-30 days. Doing 2, 3 or 4 legs on the journey to your desired goal will end up with solid results.
  3. Love yourself as you are right now and reset your standards for creating goals that support your physical, emotional,         mental, and spiritual bodies. Paying attention to all 4 ensures success!
