Thanksgiving

Treat yourself to something delicious and nutritious for the holidays… Here is a
sample of how my family has celebrated the Thanksgiving meal.
As a holistic nutritionist, I raised my children with fresh veggies, wholesome
nutrients and had to cover both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals. I brought
my children up cooking and creating in the kitchen. Holidays were always a
family bonding and creative, delectable experience. During our last Thanksgiving
together, each of us brought our own delights to the table.
This menu includes a plentiful array for vegans, vegetarians and pescatarians.
