Oven Poached Salmon with Apples
- 1lb Wild Caught Salmon
- 2 Fuji Apples, cored and sliced thinly
- Dash Organic Curry powder
- 1 Tblsp Butter
- 2 Tblsp Water
- 1 Tblsp Grape Seed Oil
Preheat oven to 375
Grease a glass baking dish with grape seed oil.
Place salmon with skin side down in baking dish.
Arrange apple slices on top of salmon to fully cover.
Sprinkle with curry powder.
Add little dabs of butter on top.
Add the water..
Cover with glass top or aluminum foil.
Bake for 30 minutes.
