Sally Kravich’s Red Carpet Ready Tips
1. Pick a target date 1 week before event.
2. Rotate lean muscle exercises, spin, yoga, Pilates, treadmill, hike,
with one hour of cardio daily.
3. Go to Korean Spa and get body scrub, steam, sauna, massage 2 days
before red carpet.
4. Sleep minimum 8 hours per night. Calcium works as a great
sleeping pill.
5. No heavy foods at night.
6. Manicure, pedicure and facial day before event.
7. Hair, make-up day of event.
8. Implement 2 “fasting” days, once, 4 days before event and the other,
one day before event.
9. Only do “fittings’ on fasting days (less bloat).
10. Do not eat protein, grains or beans after 6pm.
