Summer Grilling is here!

I have always made my own marinades and dressings from my belief that fresh is best.

Fresh Zest Teriyaki Marinade

1⁄2 Cup Wheat Free Tamari or Braggs Amino Acids
1 tblsp Sesame oil
1 Orange, juiced
1 Lemon, juiced
1 tsp Ginger, powdered, or freshly grated ginger
1 tsp Garlic, powdered, or 2 cloves, pressed
1 tblsp Honey or Maple Syrup

This makes a great marinade for fish, poultry, or veggies.
